These terms govern the use of luxorhotel.ge and reservations made at Luxor Hotel. By using this site you agree to them.

Reservations
A reservation submitted on this site is a request, which we then confirm. A confirmed reservation is a contract between you and the hotel.
Please enter your correct name, phone and email — we will use exactly these to reach you.
The hotel reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation if:
- The room is no longer available for the dates requested
- There is an obvious error in the reservation or in the price
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraud or bad faith
In such a case we will contact you immediately and offer an alternative.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾) and apply per night unless stated otherwise.
No online payment takes place on this site. Settlement is made on site, at the hotel. No prepayment is required to reserve.
Breakfast is charged separately unless the page states otherwise.
Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation is free of charge up to the day of arrival. Please let us know by phone or email so we can offer the room to another guest.
As no prepayment is taken, no amount is withheld on cancellation.
If you do not arrive on the stated date and do not notify us, the reservation is treated as cancelled.
A particular reservation may carry different terms if these were stated separately in its confirmation.
Check-in and check-out
- Arrival: 14:00 – 23:30
- Departure: 08:00 – 12:00
Arrival outside these hours or late departure is possible by prior arrangement, subject to occupancy.
An ID card or passport is required at check-in — this is a legal requirement.
House rules
- Children of any age are welcome
- Extra beds and cots are not available
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties and events are not allowed
- Quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 08:00
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated area
The guest is responsible for damage caused to the room or hotel property and is obliged to compensate it.
The hotel reserves the right to terminate the service if a guest seriously breaches these rules or disturbs other guests.
Restaurant
The restaurant menu and prices are published on this site and may change. For seasonal dishes and availability please call +995 571 30 00 06.
If you have a food allergy or a special dietary requirement, please tell us before ordering.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs and other material on this site are the property of the hotel or are used with permission. Copying, distribution or commercial use without prior written permission is not allowed.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is always free of errors. An obvious error (for example in a price) does not bind the hotel.
The hotel is not liable for a guest's personal belongings unless they were handed to the hotel safe or to reception.
Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Any dispute not settled by negotiation shall be heard by the courts of Georgia.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
Changes
The hotel reserves the right to change these terms. The version in force is always published on this page with its update date. A confirmed reservation is governed by the terms in force at the time it was made.
